Tasks

Your role involves ensuring that our facilities exceed guest expectations every day.

• Oversee and manage the daily cleaning of guest rooms and serviced residences
• Supervise and conduct deep cleaning of the hotel's public areas
• Manage laundry services and oversee linen inventory
• Inspect rooms for maintenance issues and coordinate necessary repairs
• Train and mentor our housekeeping team to ensure top performance
• Ensure compliance with health and safety protocols
• Communicate effectively with guests, addressing their special requests

Requirements

We value experience and language skills, ensuring you bring excellence to our team.

• At least 24 months of relevant housekeeping experience
• Proficiency in English and Thai, and basic Russian language skills
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to flawless cleanliness
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and inventory management
• Excellent guest service etiquette with a focus on safety compliance
