Tasks

Your role will involve these key activities:

• Monitor and analyze departmental costs and variances
• Prepare insightful cost reports, forecasts, and management summaries monthly
• Reconcile OS&E, FF&E, inventory, and asset records efficiently
• Verify numerical data, invoices, and accounting entries for accuracy
• Maintain and update detailed inventory counts and asset registers
• Implement cost control procedures, recommending savings initiatives
• Coordinate with departments to ensure budget adherence

Requirements

We're looking for candidates with:

• Strong knowledge of cost control procedures and variance analysis
• Proven experience in inventory management and asset records
• Ability with financial reporting and reconciliation
• Skill in numerical data verification
• Competence in Advanced Microsoft Excel and Carmen Accounting Software
• Proficient English communication at a basic level
• Completion of upper secondary education
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience in a similar role
