Tasks
Your responsibilities will revolve around ensuring operational excellence.
- Manage and oversee maintenance and repair of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and pool systems
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs and schedules
- Lead an engineering team and coordinate with contractors and vendors for optimal performance
- Ensure compliance with safety, fire, environmental, and regulatory standards
- Facilitate technical support for events, guest rooms, and public areas
- Control engineering budgets, inventory, and manage capital improvement projects
- Be ready to respond to emergency breakdowns with 24/7 technical leadership
Requirements
We are seeking a candidate with a strong foundation to meet these demands.
- Proficiency in Facilities Management, HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems maintenance
- Effective preventive maintenance planning and execution
- Demonstrated team leadership and budget management skills
- Commitment to health and safety compliance
- Proficient in managing projects, vendors, and contractors
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- English language skills at an intermediate level (B1)
- A minimum of five years of relevant work experience
- Upper secondary educational level
